FIGHT READY - MENTAL IMAGERY FOR COMBAT SPORTS

Fight Ready is a short, practical course designed to help combat athletes train the mental side of performance with the same structure as their physical preparation.

Across four focused modules, you’ll learn how to use mental imagery to sharpen technique, improve tactical awareness, and stay calm and controlled under pressure. The system is evidence-based, fight-specific, and built to be used immediately in training, sparring, and competition.

Each lesson introduces simple drills that take only a few minutes to apply. The full system can be learned in around an hour and then integrated into your regular preparation before hard sessions or fight day.

This course is taught by Dr Elliott McArthur, a BJJ & MMA competitor and performance psychologist who works with combat athletes across MMA, BJJ, wrestling, and striking sports.
